The Day i spent in Railway Court

Synopsis :

DATE : 30/01/09
PLACE: mambalam railway station
CRIME :crossing the railway track
VICTIM : myself
PUNISHMENT: one day sit out in station and Rs 100 fine
Main story:
Its a sunny friday morning , i have been travelling in a train with my friend praveen to recieve the web camera sent by my uncle. I have to be in airport by 10.30 morning .Got corner seat in train , even its crowdy in train i used to enjoy the beautiful chennai gals and ofcourse the smooth morning breeze.Everything was going cool till morning 9 am then i saw my mobile turning on and off automatically .since the person's number was in my mobile i was in need of a mobile phone urgently. so we got down in a mambalam station to get another mobile from my friend there and we got it too.. here comes a twist in my story .
The first twist:
In order to go urgently we crossed the railway track. But praveen noticed the railway police and warned me but without caring it i crossed the track , finally as expected we were caught and sent to railway police office in mambalam station .Then the time was 10 am sharply.
The crew :
Me and praveen joined the crew as third and fourth respectively. as time passed we got more persons as our companions ( 15 to 20) all of them seemed to be decent , some of them are working and ofcourse i got students of my same age group as my companions
The funny facts:
Most of the passing by passengers were looking at as , in their perspective we might be 420 s .. i guessed from their looks tat they were thinking that we caught travelling without tickets .. some of the gals giggled at us ..
The second twist :
They filed charge sheet instead of we begged them to set us free . They informed tat they will bring us to egmore railway court by 2 pm. so diplomatically i grabbed a chair in police station to sit till 2 pm.. but really i never expected this court sentence .
The third twist :
Finally it was 2 pm.. we all are sent along with a lady police . we allowed to travel in first class coach in tat train along with her .. after getting into the train i noticed a thing.. oops!! its very adjacent to the ladies compartment and everyones eyes were looking at us! its such a embarrasing thing!
Chill out amidst of tension:
Since some of my companions belongs to our same age group , we become friends there .. we had the lunch together in egmore railway canteen , we roamed nicely in crowdy egmore station , we had a funny chats .. etc.. etc.. even i had a nice sleep in platform from 3 to 4pm .. its really turned to be a funny experience .
The final twist:
Finally the magistrate lady came by 4.30 pm .. we all are sent one by one .. and it was my turn .. first time i was standing in the court cabin in front of magistrate. I expected a fine of 300 but they charged only 100 as fine . yups!! i set free by 5 pm !!!
The moral of the story:
people! dont think that you are smart of breaking the rules ! i realized that the real heroism is in following the rules .. so please obey the rules or else.. or else .. or else .. nothing will happen! bye !
